Welcome Snowmobilers to the First trail system in Vermont - We are not the biggest anymore, but we are still the absolute best. Providing 115 miles of pristine trails groomed to perfection! Our trails open first and close last. We are located in the most northern and most eastern corner of Vermont and our trails provide access to Canada and New Hampshire. We meet at 7pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the Northland Restaurant in Canaan. Come join us!

Today is March 19, 2012
Our trails are closed!! It is a sad day in the sledding world. We went out yesterday and closed all the gates that the land owners require us to close. Gotta keep the land owners happy!!
But we did have a great last ride, in t-shirts and even shorts. 45 miles of mostly snow covered, 75 degree , amazing trails. A great ride with great guys. Thanks for the help Joe, Billy, and Mike.
Next year the Canaan Border Riders will not be grooming west of the power lines. This includes Norton and The Silvio Conti Refuge Area. The new club in Norton will be up and running and grooming those trails. Look for our signs "WELCOME TO THE CANAAN BORDER RIDERS TRAIL SYSTEM" then you will know you are home!!!!
We have a new e-mail address. We are looking for your input on our trails and our club. We would also love to send out short updates, interesting upcoming events and social gatherings so you know whats happening year round. Our new e-mail address is canaanborderriders2012@gmail.com.
